SO I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS THAT OTHERS HAVE SINCE THE END OF MARCH. WE ARE ALMOST END OF APRIL AND I STILL CAN'T LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT.

I TALKED TO SEVERAL 'SUPERVISORS' THAT ALL THEY DO IS CHECKING AND RECHECKING MY NAME, SOCIAL ETC ETC BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD FORWARD THIS TO THE IT DEPARTMENT JUST TO SHUT ME UP AND OF COURSE NOBODY HAS CHECKED MY ACCOUNT OR ANYTHING ELSE.

I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. PLEASE IF SOMEBODY WAS ABLE TO LOG INTO THEIR ACCOUNTS LET ME KNOW HOW YOU DID IT, WHAT ROUTE DID YOU TAKE

Just learned that gogecapital.com has changed to mysynchrony.com. You can access your account from there, same username, same password.

Please go to the Rip-Off Report with the "Rebuttal" from an employee, Number 114**** this gives a list of some of the stores that have this bank for credit cards. There is also a clip on You Tube https://www.youtube.com/watch?

This happened to me in 2011 lies lies & more lies. Once I showed the United States Post Master the evidence about charging illegal late fees & using the post office to do it they are now being investigated by the United States Postal Inspector. It took me four (4) years & I finally got them.

They now go by Synchroney Bank if you watch the clip on you tube you can see.

Just spoke with someone at Synchrony who told me they'd changed names from GE a week ago (08/22/14). She wanted either my account or social security number but nope, I don't spit personal info out to a faceless voice supposedly representing a nationally recognized business (sorry, never heard of 'em!).

She said I should've been notified on my last statement (again, nothing in the emailed bill) and there was nothing she could do without more personal info besides my name and email addy.

I'm calling *** on this ***! If they want to get paid, they WILL supply valid info which does NOT call for throwing personal info out to some unheard-of entity.

GE website is *** and using deceptive practices to force a customer into being late. The thresshold for wrong info is 2!!!!

Give me a break, a page is never set up with that low of a threshold. I am a webpage developer by trade. When entering info, I get an error message stating MY info does not match THEIR records. I KNOW MY BIRTHDATE AND SS NUMBER!!!

They lock your account for two hours...unnecessarialy long. Again in hopes you will put off making your payment or forget. I always try to make my payment early, never works, Funny thing, the SAME logon info works AFTER paymnet is late. HMMMMM All deceptive practices and well known tricks used by fraudulant web developers.

If these are not deceptive practices, then you need to fire your WHOLE IT department.

So I call customer service to get an "oh well" answer. AND before I get a random answer from GECapitalCares(what a BS name)why don't you give me YOUR name and Number so that I can call you direct IF you do really care

For GEcapital log on to Amazon.com and go to search and its safe also to pay them threw them Gecapital !!!!i don't trust giving my routing number on line so go threw paypal or Amazon

It is July 20, 2013. I have tried to get on line to check on my account several times.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. I WILL NO LONGER DEAL WITH COMPANIES THAT USE GE CAPITAL. AFTER SPENDING ONE HOUR PUSHING BUTTONS ON MY PHONE, I FINALL GOT THIS MESSAGE: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLOSED.

Not only can I not get to my account to pay it, but a window comes up that actually says: Pay your GE Capital (GE Money) bill now. Then a box - Enter the amount to pay.

Another box - pay now. Huh? Without a password or user name? Where do you think that information is going?

Not paying down my account, that's for sure. This is ***.

Look at your statement. It will have a URL to there, (GE Money Bank) webb site. It worked for me.

Since i posted this complaint i got a response that helped me inmediately with my log in problems. The representative tried hard to solve the issue and I guess it worked.

I have to thank Ms. Dawn for all her help in this matter.
